ABSTRACT THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN WANAARTHA LIFE INSURANCE By: Ariesda Stiven Abineno The porpuse of this study is to see the impact of organizational culture and motivation of employee performance in Wanaatha Life Insurance. The research method is quantitative method by using sample of research 150 respondent emplyees of Wanaartha Life Insurance. Data analysis using correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test using SPSS version 24. The result showed that the organizational culture is applied well with an average value 4,15 %, employees have a good work motivation with an average value 4,23 %, and good performance with an average value 4,02 %. The result of this study also showed an influence between organizational culture on employee performance with the magnitude of influence 53,5 %. Motivation on employee performance with the magnitude of influence of 49,5 %. Also an influence between organizational culture and motivation on employee performance with the magnitude of influence of 53,7 % and significant at α 0.05.
