ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER LEARNING QUALITY, LEARNING FACILITIES AND LEARNING MOTIVATION ON LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENTS IN ADVENT XV CIRACAS By Wynda Nerry Legoh NIM: 1734011 This study aims to find out how the quality of teacher learning, learning facilities and learning motivation towards student achievement in the Adventist College XV Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a sample of 100 respondents. The measurements used are descriptive measurements and analysis using correlation, coefficient of determination, significance test using SPSS version 24. The results showed that the quality of teacher learning, learning facilities and learning motivation received good ratings. The influence of the quality of teacher learning on student achievement is 8.4% the remaining 91.6% is influenced by other factors, learning facilities have an effect of 11.6,% on student achievement while 88.4% is influenced by other factors, learning motivation has an effect on learning achievement by 44 , 0% while 56.0% are influenced by other factors outside this study.
