Abstract The Role of Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness Planning on Production Cost at Indonesia Publishing House Bandung Agus Prianto 1634004 The purpose of this study is to analyze the Role of the Level of Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness Planning of Cost of Production at the Indonesia Publishing House Bandung. Descriptive research methods, verification with research samples of financial data reports for 8 years per 4 months from 2010 to 2018 taken using total sampling techniques and data analysis using regression. the results showed that the Role of Productivity Levels, Work Effectiveness has a significant effect on the cost of production. Efficiency affects the Cost of Production but is not significant. Simultaneously, Effect of Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness on Cost of Production Simultaneously, affects the Cost of Production and is in the high category. The success of the company to optimize the Cost of Production which ultimately drives profit lies in the ability of the governance system to determine the Level of Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness.
