ABSTRACK RAGUNAN, DKI KONFRENS SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH MEMBER’S POINT OF VIEW ABOUT SABBATH KEEPING PHILOSOPHY TOWARD USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN SABBATH WORSHIP ACCORDING TO ISAIAH 58:13 Sheban Sinaga Nim: 1511024 In this study, the author tries to examine Ragunan seventh-day Adventist church member’s point of view about Sabbath keeping philosophy toward use of social media in Sabbath worship according to Isaiah 58:13. This research is divided into two parts, theoretical research and field research. The results of theoretical research through library research are to understand the concept of Sabbath, social media and the use of social media in Sabbath worship. Whereas the results of field research through distributing questionnaires were intended to get respondents' views on three indicators: (1) Sabbath Concepts; (2) Social Media; (3) Use of Social Media in Sabbath Worship. After processing the answers from 30 respondents, it was found that they had a good view and understanding in indicators 1 and 2. However, doubts were found in the views and understanding of the respondents in the indicator 3. Thus, specifically the results of this study are expected to be able to support and strengthen the views and understanding of the Ragunan seventh-day Adventist church member. In general, the results of this study are also expected to be useful for all Christians in Indonesia. Key words: Sabbath, Social Media, Worship.
