ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE BETWEEN COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT BANDUNG RAMAYANA CIMAHI Written By : Ayu Lestari Simbolon NIM : 1631039 This study examines the effect of compensation on employee performance in Ramayana Cimahi Bandung. In this study population of 50 employees of Ramayana Cimahi Bandung. The method used in this study is the method used in this research is descriptive method, as variable X is compensation and variable Y is performance. The population used is all employees of Ramayana Cimahi Bandung as many as 50 people. The data used are primary data. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire while the analysis technique used was simple linear regression. From the results of this study it was found that there was no significant effect between compensation and employee performance with the results of research Y = 39,921 + 0.044 X, while the results of the t test with a comparison of t-counts with t-tables of the variables which means t-counts (-0.875)
