ABSTRACT PENGARUH AUDIT OPERASIONAL SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP EFISIENSI KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. FASTRATA BUANA Written By: Giovan Brayant Hasian NIM: 1632077 The objectives of this research is to find out how the operational audit of human resources in improving employee performance efficiency at PT. Fastrata Buana.. This research use descriptive method. The data used are primary data collection techniques, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. The writer processed the data by using quantitatively methods. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it is known that the operational audit of human resources has an average of 4,17 with a good intrepretation and the efficiency of employee performance reaches an average of 4,25 with a very good interpretation. This indicates that the operational audit of human resources at PT. Fastrata Buana and the efficiency of employee performance in this company has been done well. Based on statistical calculations using SPSS 16, it was concluded then there is a relationship between operational audit of human resources on the efficiency of employee performance with results of r = 0,342. The significant test of two variables, where >  (3,356 > 1,988), which means there is an influence of operational audit of human resources on efficiency of employee performance and Ho is rejected.. Then the coefficient of determination or  = 0,117 which means the operational audit of human resources is able to contribute by 11,7% to the efficiency of employee performance and the remaining 88,3% is caused by other factors outside this research.
