ABSTRACK THEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS ON UNDERSTANDIING OF THE TERM “PRESENT YOUR BODIES AS LIVING SACRIFICE, HOLY, AND PLEASING TO GOD” BASED ON ROMANS 12:1 ON YABHAISOUW SDA CHURCHES JAYAPURA PAPUA ANDERSON ABRAHAM YEWI NIM: 1111018 In this study, the author examines the interpretation of the term “living sacrifice, Holy and Pleasing to God” based on Romans 12:1 on Yabhaisouw SDA church. The research is based on four indicators, namely: living sacrifice, holy sacrifice and pleasing sacrifice and how to keep our bodies as an offering to God. This study is divided in two parts, namely the theoretical research and field research. The results of the study produced theory that theologians understood about living sacrifices which is to giving the whole body while we are still alive and in full health to be used for God's work, and the Holy sacrifices is not to desecrate the body by sin which causes the body no longer to be holy. About Pleasing sacrifices, their must be faithful to God and accompanied by the act of expressing that faith, how to keep the body in order to remain a sacrifice to God is to eschew the deeds of sin, not to consume illegitimate food and drink. The results of the field research were conducted by distributing questionnaires to the members of Yabhaisouw SDA church, Jayapura Papua. The writer found the churches understanding on living sacrifice, holy sacrifice and pleasing sacrifice and how to keep our bodies as a sacrifice to God and how to keep the body in order to remain a sacrifice to God. The goal of this study is to know the understanding of the church members about living sacrifice, holy sacrifice and pleasing sacrifice as well as to keep our bodies as a sacrifice to God and How to keep the body in order to remain a sacrifice to God in Romans 12:1.
