PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.RAMAYANA SENTOSA CIMAHI BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT TRAINING EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEES IN RAMAYANA SENTOSA CIMAHI BANDUNG Written by: Dosma Riantha Hutapea NIM: 1631010 The research objective was to determine the effect of training on the performance of employees at PT. Ramayana Cimahi Bandung. The method used is descriptive, the data used is primary data, with questionnaires to thirty-five respondents PT. Ramayana Sentosa Cimahi Bandung. Data were analyzed using of correlation coefficients, t-test, the coefficient of determination and analysis regresi. The results showed that the respondent PT. Ramayana Sentosa Cimahi Bandung very well that their training held with good views of the average (mean) 4.21 or 87.8% and they are very good of improving the performance of employees can be known of the average (mean) 4.14 or 87.4%. Based on analysis of the effect of training on employee performance is found that there is a relationship between the variables being Training (X) on employee performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.266. The result of t-test 1,588 and 1,692 t-table indicates that proved that training can significantly improve employee perferomance in PT. Ramayana Sentosa Cimahi Bandung. The coefficient of determination is equal to 22.5% and the rest is determined by other factors not used in the study. Then based on the results of the regression analysis known that Y = 0.000 + 0356 Keywords: training, employee performance.
