ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL AUDIT AND PREVENTATION OF FRAUD ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE AT PT. JABIL CIRCUIT INDONESIA NIM 1532050 By: Thomas Matulesy This study aims to determine the effect of internal audit and fraud prevention against company performance on PT. Jabil Circuit Indonesia. The method used is a descriptive method that is a method that collects data so as to produce the information needed in analyzing existing problems. Data collection techniques used were the distribution of questionnaires to parties related to this study. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale and using Pearson ProductMoment correlation. The sample of this study were employees who worked in the accounting department, the human resources development (HRD) department, the internal control section, and the operational section at PT. Jabil Circuit Indonesia. From the results of descriptive statistical research, shows that each variable has a very good picture. Based on statistical analysis found a correlation coefficient of 0.739, which means that there is a strong relationship between the effect of internal and fraud prevention on company performance at PT. Jabil Circuit Indonesia,Significant test results show that there is a partially significant effect between independent variable of Internal Audit on the dependent variable of Company Performance. Significant test results show that there is a partially significant influence between the independent variable of Preventation of Fraud on Company Performance.The results of the significance test show that simultaneously there is a significant effect between independent variables of Internal Audit, and Fraud Prevention on Company Performance.
