ABSTRACT DUTY SECRETARY IN MANAGING COMPANY TAX DOCUMENTS FOR RENTALS LAND IN PT. SUMMARECON MAL KELAPA GADING, JAKARTA Helti Sondang Manullang NIM : 1733011 This study aims to determine how the role of the secretary in managing corporate income tax documents for leasing land at PT. Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading. PT. Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is engaged in the management and development of shopping centers, has a very diverse activities. One of the secretary's duties at PT. Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is managing the company's income tax documents for leasing land. The writing of this Scientific Paper is to find out the documents that must be managed by a secretary at PT. Summarecon, as well as knowing the problems in the process of managing the document and the duties of the secretary in handling the problem. The method used is a field work practice for 400 hours with a period of approximately 3 (three) months in accordance with Adventist University Indonesia standards, with work provided by the company. From the results of the study, the authors conclude that there are some problems faced, namely the length of the process of opening the document, many reports have been inputted but not in accordance with the numbers listed on the document, and the different archiving makes it more difficult than usual. From these problems the authors suggest that in handling such tax data documents requires carefulness and accuracy by a professional secretary, so that there is no accumulation of documents required good cooperation between the admin and secretary who will do the inputting of corporate tax data, and change the form of archiving to be more modern .
