A: HIPERTENSION WITH SLOW DEEP BREATHING THERAPY IN SOCIAL BEACHS TRESNA WREDHA BUDI PERTIWI BANDUNG Thomas Aryadi S.Kep NIM: 1953035 Hypertension is a degenerative disease that affects almost 25% of the world's population. The older a person will be changes in the human body. Body changes occur from the beginning of life to old age in all organs and tissues of the body. In most cases, hypertension is detected during physical examination due to certain diseases, so it is often referred to as a "silent killer". The purpose of this study is to address the client's main complaint that headache is associated with increased cerebral vascular pressure due to high blood pressure, so slow breathing therapy is given which can reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the elderly. The method used in writing this scientific paper is a descriptive method which is an explanation or effort of the results of observations and investigations aimed at solving nursing problems. Slow Deep Breathing Therapy is carried out for 5 minutes in 5 days. The problem that was found in the patient was that Mrs. A. had hypertension, said headache or dizziness, pain in the nape of the neck and insomnia. The results of the study by administering Slow Deep Breathing therapy showed reduced pain and decreased blood pressure. The conclusion that can be drawn from this Final Scientific Work is that the authors deal with diagnoses with tissue perfusion and intolerance of activities related to high blood pressure so that it is given Slow Deep Breathing therapy so that it can relax the blood vessels and vasodilation will cause blood pressure to return to normal. , and will reduce stress.
