ABSTRACT EFFECT OF CONFIRMING TAXPAYER STATUS CONFIRMATION (KSWP) TO THE QUALITY OF TAX SERVICE IN KPP THE PRIMARY Written by: Sabeta Alfa Sari Sitanggang NIM: 1632163 This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Taxpayer Status Confirmation (KSWP) on the quality of tax services in Soreang KPP. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This research instrument uses SPSS 23 software. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, correlation efficiency analysis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and significance test. Data for this study were obtained from questionnaires and processed using SPSS, then concluded. Based on the results of the statistical calculation of the correlation coefficient of r = 0.51 which means there is a moderate and positive relationship between the application of confirmation of taxpayer status to the quality of tax services in Soreang Tax Office. The significance test results show that tcount 3,889> ttable 2,01669 concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant relationship. The magnitude of the influence of the application of the Taxpayer Status Confirmation (KSWP) on the quality of tax services in Soreang KPP is 26% and the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors.
