ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF THE SECRETARY IN HANDLING CUSTOMER ORDERS IN THE HEALTY CLUB Written by: Beiby Juliyan Rajagukguk NIM: 1733007 In this study, we want to know the extent of the role of the Secretary in increasing order loyalty and making customers feel satisfied with the service in ordering orders. A secretary is someone who is able to carry out secretarial tasks based on extensive knowledge and his skills are not only characterized by high technical competence but also as a gateway for the company. A secretary must master the tasks in providing a good service. Mastery of the service duty as a form of appreciation for customers, mastery of the task aims to be a secretary capable of giving the maximum performance. The important roles of the secretary include: bringing positive impact to the company, being able to carry out the work well, helping the company achieve its goals and being able to establish good relations.
