ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF ADMINISTRATION OF FIXED GOODS REGION AND ITS APPLICATION USING THE SYSTEM REGIONAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION (SIMDA) WEST BANDUNG DISTRICT Mora Andini NIM: 1632200 The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the administration of fixed assets in the Regional Government of West Bandung Regency and what obstacles were encountered in the administration of the administration. Fixed Assets of Regional Owned Property, so that this research will give results on whether the administration of fixed assets in the West Bandung Regency Government is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 19 of 2016 concerning the technical guidelines for the Administration of Fixed Assets of Regional Owned Property and Their Implementation Using the Regional Management Information System as well as what obstacles are faced in the administration of the administration. In this study using a descriptive-qualitative approach. In collecting the data using the method of observation, and interviews. Data collection in this study was carried out by going directly to the research location and reviewing it with existing literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Administration of Regional Assets of Fixed Assets carried out by the Regional Government of West Bandung Regency in accordance with those regulated in PERMENDAGRI No. 19 of 2016. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of the Regional Property Management Cycle is the HR Factor, there is no understanding of the rules underlying the Administration of Regional Property, proof of land ownership that still does not have legal force and certificates.
