PENGARUH CAREER DEVELOPMENT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL NOVOTEL PEKANBARU

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEES TURNOVER INTENTION IN NOVOTEL HOTEL PEKANBARU Celya Tanessa Wijaya NIM : 1731003 The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of career development on turnover intention at Novotel Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study is the employees at Novotel Pekanbaru. Based on research on career development provided to employees at Novotel Pekanbaru, out of 40 respondents agreed that the career development was classified as good with an average score of 4.08, while turnover intention was at 2.89 with a pretty good level of interpretation. From the results of data processing, the correlation coefficient value = -0.330 which means that the relationship between career development and turnover intention is in the low category and the significant result was 0,038 <0.05 which means that career development has significant effect on turnover intention.
