ABSTRACT “THE EFFECT OF TAX BREVET TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN TAXATION AT PT. ULTRA JAYA MILK INDUSTRY & TRADING COMPANY, Tbk” Written by: Dewi Suriani Mendrofa NIM: 1732003 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax brevet training on employee performance. The number of samples of 32 employees at PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk wich was held from September to November 2020. The research method used is descriptive method, which describes systematically the object under study accurately. By using several calculations, such as correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, simple linear regression analysis and significance test, with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that r = 0,611, meaning that there is a strong relationship between tax brevet training on employee performance of 37,3% and the remaining 62,7% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The results of tcount> ttable are 4,222> 1,694, where the arrhythm is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that tax brevet training has a significant effect on employee performance.
