Nursing Care Plan To MR. D: Respiratory System To Patien Pneumonia By Providing Effective Cough Management In Hospital High Care Unit Advent Bandung Advent Club NIM:1953044 Pneumonia is an infection of the parenchyma caused by various types of microorganisms, such as bacteria, microbacteria, fungi and viruses. In pneumonia, there will be some signs and symptoms, such as: Fever, tightness, and cough. Pneumonia is the number 3 cause of death after cardiovascular disease (CVD) and tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Pneumonia is the leading cause of death in all age groups. This disease infects around 450 million people annually and around 7% of the total deaths in the world (Langke, Ali, & Simanjuntak, 2015). The purpose of reversing in the final scientific work is to provide nursing care to patients with pneumonia respiratory system problems with problems of ineffective airway clearance. The research method in the final scientific work is Descriptive, the research subject is Tn. 27 years impromptu treated on 8- 11 December 2019 at HCU Advent Hospital Bandung. Nursing actions that do not effectively clean the airway is an effective cough management exercise. Conclusions about effective cough management exercise measures to help clear the way in patients with pneumonia respiration. Suggestions for hospitals, are expected to maintain optimal health services. Suggestions for nursing science, this scientific work can be used to increase knowledge in order to improve the quality and knowledge in nursing to provide effective cough management interventions for patients who increase respiratory system problems, materials can be used to develop nursing prevention.
