ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PRODUCTION COST ON NET INCOME (Case Studi On Manufacture Companies Sub-Sector Otomotive and Component That Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019) Written by: William Eben Haezer Silalahi NIM: 1732048 This study aimed to determine the effect of production costs on net income in automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. This study uses descriptive statistical methods, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, simple linear regression, and significance test (t test). This study uses annual financial report data for automotive sub-sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Secondary data was processed using SPSS. The results of this study that production costs have a significant effect on net income with a significant value of 0.008 <0.05. Keywords: Production Cost, Net Income
