ABSTRACT NURSING IN TN.Q WITH BREATHING SYSTEM DISORDERS: PLEURAL EFFUSION ON THE FLOOR III ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDAR LAMPUNG GLORI DWI PRANATA NIM: 1352020 This paper is motivated because the disease can be life threatening and can result in death. Pleural effusion in Indonesia itself is caused by healthy lifestyle is still low and the high level of poverty, as well as people's knowledge about the disease is still low pleural effusion. Pleural effusions disease is a disease characterized by abnormal fluid in the pleural cavity due to excessive fluid production or absorption is reduced. An abnormality of the pleura is almost always a secondary disorder is a disorder caused by other diseases. The purpose of this paper is to add experience in providing nursing process that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. To obtain accurate data do descriptive methods include interviews, observation, physical assessment, documentation and literature. After the authors Tn. Q directly to the nursing process, the authors found several problems which include: Ineffective breathing patterns: tightness, gas exchange disorders, impaired sense of comfort: pain, impaired sleep patterns and a lack of patient knowledge about the disease. In carrying out the process of nursing authors found some gaps that there is one of the signs and symptoms that are described in the theoretical nursing care that does not appear on Tn. Q. In the process of nursing care is desperately needed good cooperation between nurses, patients and their families.
