Children at school age are very vulnerable to diseases caused by imbalance of nutrition, will result in the child's immune system will be weak and the child vulnerable to disease because the immune system is still weak. This condition can cause the disease, one of the diseases that easily attack the immune system of children at school age is morbili. Warm compress is one method that can lower body temperature, giving warm compress more effectively in the axilla because there are large blood vessels and apocrine sweat glands that undergo vasodilatation that can accelerate the heat transfer from the body to the skin where the pores will open and reduce the body temperature. The purpose of this final paper is to describe nursing care in children by giving warm water compress at morbili in Bandung Adventist Hospital.
