Cervical cancer is the second most common form of female genital cancer in 6% of all cancers in the United States (CancerNet, 2014). The major risk factor for cervical cancer is infection with Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) that is transmitted through sexual contact. HPV is a virus that causes epithelial lesions in the gastro instestinal tract, skin, cervix and vulva. HPV infection will develop into an infectious micro by penetrating basal membrane with a depth of invasion <1 mm. During the progressive stages, the widespread tumor mass gets more changes allowing the tumor to invade adjacent tissues, forming its own blood supply (angiogenesis), entering (penetrating) into the blood vessels, and migrating to other parts of the body that are located far apart (metastasis) to Forming secondary tumors. Nn. Y is a client with a diagnosis of end-stage cervical cancer with metastatic cancer up to the colon and an infection of the stoma. Therefore, the authors are interested to take the case of cervical cancer as a final scientific work with the title " NURSING CARE NN. The method used in the writing of this final paper is interview, observation, physical examination, data support and study documentation of client. The management provided is stoma treatment to prevent additional infections and gradual mobilization.
