ABSTRACT LEVEL OF SATISFACTION IN PATIENTS BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) HEALTH FOR DIMENSION SERVICES IN PUSKESMAS PARONGPONG, COUNTY OF PARONGPONG, AND DISTRICT OF WEST BANDUNG Herlina Sabatini Siahaan NIM: 1351030 BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) is a program of Government Indonesia aiming to solve the problems in the community in obtaining an access of health services. Puskesmas plays an important role in the system of JKN/BPJS. The measurement of satisfaction level in patients are absolute in the quality of services and carried out periodically. This study is to determined the level of satisfaction in patients BPJS Health for dimension services in Puskesmas Porongpong, and identify the highest and lowest dominant. This research uses a method of descriptive with numbers of respondents 82 people used the techniques of purposive sampling. Instrument for this study is questionnaire. The result of this study about the satisfactory in patients BPJS Health which have average value 3.43 and it categorize to be the most satisfied. Although, the most dimension dominant is assurance which the average number is 3.51, and the lowest value is reliability which have average value 3.32 and it categorize to be the most satisfied,but has not achieved a perfect score which is 4.00. The result of this study is expected to be useful for the Leaders of Puskesmas in Parongpong to improved the quality of health services to the community, especially in dimension of reliability.
