ABSTRACT Factors Affecting Adolescent Knowledge Levels Overview About Gonorhea Disease at Jakarta 1 st Adventist High School Students Vincentius Trudy NIM: 1351020 Factors that become one of the causes of less knowledge due to lack of information facilities on reproductive health, among others: Age, Sex, Parent Education, Tribe, Media. In 2013 it was noted that the prevalence of STDs in Indonesia is very high in the city of Jakarta (29.8%) gonorrhea disease. From the results of initial data collection obtained, there are 14 students from class X never listen to health information, especially sexually transmitted diseases gonorrhea disease. Seeing the magnitude of future problems for future generations, the effort that needs to be done is to provide health information about gonorrhea disease to adolescents. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of students of class X, how factors that influence adolescent knowledge. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is research that try to describe or describe a symptom and object in research (people, institution, society, and that based on facts and factors), and events that happened. All students (n = 62) joined the study without rejection. The highest result of knowledge level of grade X students according to the value scale shows that bad knowledge has the highest percentage compared to other knowledge level, that is 75.8%. It is evident that age, sex, class, parental education, experience of knowing and hearing gonorrhea are factors that affect the level of student knowledge. Many of these factors can affect the level of knowledge of the class X students about Gonorrhea. However, these factors can have a good effect if improved health information facilities.
