ABSTRAK “ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN. G DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM NEUROLOGI : TUMOR OTAK DI RUANG RAWAT INAP SOUTH WING III RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG” Onedes Silalahi Nim:1252028 Writing scientific papers is based on the author's interest in the case of Brain Tumor. Brain tumor is an increasing health problem in Indonesia. Often the patient is unaware of the signs and symptoms so that when they come to the hospital to seek treatment they have reached an advanced stage and are difficult to treat. The purpose of writing Scientific Writing is to carry out the process of nursing in patients with brain tumors that include: assessment, planning, action and evaluation nursing. The method used in composing scientific papers is descriptive method of writing approach through interviews, obsevation, physical assessment, literature study, and documentation study to obtain accurate data. To obtain results in a satisfactory nursing process the author displays theoretical objectives as a basic reference in doing nursing care. After performing the nursing process the authors compare the existing theories with the state of direct practice. In actual nursing practice done by the authors it is found that not all diagnoses mentioned in the theory appear. However, the existing theory is very helpful writers to direct the things that must be done on the nursing process in patients. G.
