ABSTRACT NURSING ASSURANCE IN NY. D WITH INTERUPRUTED SYSTEM DISORDERS: TUBERCULOSIS PARU IN CIHANJUANG VILLAGE DISTRICTPARONGPONG DISTRICTBANDUNG BARAT DANIEL WAHYUDIANTO NIM: 1452006 This paper is motivated by this disease can be threatening health and can result in death. Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease that is still the world's attention. Mortality rate due to Mycrobacterium tuberculosis bacteria is also high. This is because when people with tuberculosis cough, sneeze, talk or spit, they sprinkle TB germs into the air. The purpose of this paper is to find out about the description of nursing care with Pulmonary TB and able to apply it to patients with Pulmonary TB include assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. To get accurate data conducted deskrptif methods that include interviews, observation, pegkajian, documentation and bibliography. After the author direct nursing process to Ny. D, then the authors found several problems that include: lack of knowledge about the condition, treatment, prevention, less nutritional changes than necessity, activity intolerance. In running the nursing process the authors encounter bebrapa gap that is there is one of the signs and symptoms described in theoretical nursing care that does not appear on Ny.D. In the process of nursing care is needed a good cooperation between nurses, clients and client families. Keywords: Respiratory system, Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
