ABSTRAK ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA Tn. Z DENGAN GANGGUAN SISTEM PERKEMIHAN : STRIKTUR URETRA DI RUANGAN RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG FRISKA WISADA NIM : 1452033 Taking the title of this paper background because the urethral stricture is the blockage of the lower urinary tract caused by the inability to spray urine, so that urine collected in the bladder exceeds the maximum limit. The purpose of data writing this paper is a description of the implementation of nursing care patients with urethral stricture disease. The method used is descriptive method, and the technique of data by way of observation, interview, documentation study, literature study, and media of electronics. As for the nursing problems found on Mr. Z with urethral stricture during treatment is an interruption of the pattern of elimination, painful discomfort, high risk of infection, risk of trauma, anxiety, and information fulfillment. So the process of treatment for patients with urethral stricture should be given comprehensively and the implementation of nursing actions requires a good cooperation of patients and families, room care for more developed science and skills in order to improve the quality of care services and professional degrees.
