ABSTRACT Thesis Title : ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE SEVENT DAY CHURCH MEMBERS IN WEST DUMOGA AREA OF BOLAANG MONGONDOW, MODOINDING AND GORONTALO MISSION RELIGION TOWARD LOYALTINESS OF RETURING THE TITHE BASED ON MALACH 3:10. Researcher Name : Didi Sjafirudin Name and Title : M.Fil Supervisor : Dr Alvyn C. Hendriks M.Min End Date : 20 Maret 2018 Title giving will "erode the nature of our self-love and our miserliness and appreciation and make us selfless and not greedy so we grow in love and grow more and more like the Savior." This aspect is a direct impact of the vertical dimension, because generosity is produced by because of the close relationship with God. The tithe system cannot be separated from the Christian Church. Although the tithe is directed to God, but in practice, the tithe is used for the Church and evangelization. Christ uses his power to help and save man. The faithfulness in restoring God's property in the form of tithing is a sign of true faith. Yet the writer finds in ministry while serving the congregation every year many repentant souls join the ranks of God's people present in the DMBMG especially in the WDB. Furthermore, almost all the congregations who ever writer serve there are also found members who have long been Adventist but not faithful in returning what belongs to God. The reason they put forward is that there is no blessing or income, so nothing can be restored. The Biblical Principles of Tithing need to be investigated to lay the ministry to God. The proper philosophy of the Tent should be well understood with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, so that the faithfulness in returning the tithe will be apparent among the people of God. The study of this concept will begin with the discussion of the Theoretical Theory Platform in Malachi, the Tithe General Picture, the Tithes in the Fathers' Period, Stewardship in the New Testament, Stewardship in the Book of Acts and the Philosophy of Tithing, the Thinking Framework, the Basic Hypothesis of Research and Research Methodology. In assigning His disciples to go all over the world and preach the gospel to every nation Christ commissioned men the work of spreading the knowledge of his grace, as some went to teach, He invited others to answer His demands by returning God's possession in the form of a tithe that could be used for work of the gospel, not for other purposes. Data collection techniques that are recognized for its usefulness in the study are "direct observation, literature searching, and the use of questionnaires and interviews." Data collection techniques used for this study is the use of questionnaires, namely a number of statements used to obtain data from participants about things investigated. The list of statements used for this study concerns the theological and practical understanding of indicators of understanding of members of the congregation in relation to the Analysis of the influence of awareness of the members of the West Dumoga Mission Area of Bolmong, Modoinding and Gorontalo against Loyalty of Returning the Tithes based on Malachi Philosophy 3:10. Pattern of development of relationship between Exogenous Variable with Endogenous Variable based on construct development, and with Moderator variable. Exogenous variable with indicator X1 is How big Understanding members of the congregation of the concept of tithing is correct and systematic. X2 is an unfaithful member of the church in returning the tithe, on the grounds that they have no income. X3 is Presence of tithes is not used properly to advance the work of God. Moderator variables (Background) consist of Gender, Age, Status, Stewardship, Restoring Tithes On God, Membership, Education, and Work. The number of respondents who have filled out questionnaires from no 1-31 point about 100 people. The validity test is used by using the critical R / factor test according to the theory. Conditions used are pearson correlation greater than critical r 0.19, if less than 0.19 then the instrument points r correlations less than 0.19 then assume autumn / not used. It is concluded that all questions (1-31) are valid items. The conclusion can be given that the first, unmarried respondents have the influence of the awareness of Seventh-day Adventist Church members of Western Dumoga area Bolaang Mongondow Mission Area, Modoinding and Gorontalo against loyalty to return the tithe based on Malachi 3:10 philosophy. Secondly, respondents who have received stewardship lessons have a significant influence on the awareness of Seventh-day Adventist Church members in the Western Dumoga area of Mission Bolaang Mongondow, Modoinding and Gorontalo for loyalty of returning tithes based on Malachi 3:10 philosophy. The three respondents are more aware of the correct and systematic concept of tithing but the unfaithful member of the congregation in returning the Tithes on the grounds of not having an income. Suggestions that can be given are firstly given the material on stewardship because the statistical results show that the low level of stewardship material given cause the influence of the awareness of Seventh-day Adventist Church members of West Dumoga area Bolaang Mongondow Mission Area, Modoinding and Gorontalo towards loyalty to return tithing based on Malachi philosophy 3: 10 less. Secondly, the biblical principle of tithing should be given to the congregation in order that they properly apply to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, so that the faithfulness in returning the tithe will be apparent among the people of God. The implication of this research is that the Tithe system is inseparable from the Christian Church. Although the tithe is directed to God, but in practice, the tithe is used for the Church and evangelization. Giving a tithe is a sign of true faith. Giving tithes consciously and sincerely as a sign of thanksgiving to God, not because of anything incriminating but because of loving God. The faithfulness in restoring God's property in the form of tithing is a sign of true faith.
