ABSTRACT ATTITUDE OF NURSE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PALIATIF TREATMENT IN CRITICAL CARE ROOM OF BANDUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Srivivi Sofia Ester Simanungkalit 1351054 In Indonesia the deployment of palliative programs is still limited in the 5 largest cities such as Makassar, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Jakarta. Palliative program not yet exist in Bandung city. The Bandung Adventist Hospital aims to create the first palliative program in Bandung. This research was conducted to know the attitude of nurses in the implementation of treatment in critical care room of Bandung Adventist Hospital. This research design using quantitative descriptive method. The focus of this research sample is nurses ICU and HCU so that technique used is saturated sampling technique with total sample 30 people. Data were obtained from PCQN questionnaires that have been translated with validation and reactivity values of 0.95 and then distributed to respondents. The analysis of this research using quantitative descriptive method and interpreted using likert Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the percentage of 76.01% with the interpretation of the attitude of palliative care implementation is good. The results of this study suggest that Bandung Adventist Hospital establish special palliative departments and improve palliative care training.
