ABSTRACT "NURSING INSTITUTIONS IN LANNIA Nn.Y WITH INTERRUPTION DIGESTION SYSTEM: ACUTE GASTRITIS IN FLOOR IV ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG " RAFIKA SILALAHI 1452032 The writing of this paper is motivated by gastritis disease which is now a public health problem in many countries including Indonesia as one of the developing countries due to irregular lifestyle as well as less regular diet patterns. The general purpose of writing this scientific paper is to gain experience comprehensively in providing nursing care in the elderly Nn.Y with gastritis. And to improve the quality of care for the provision of nursing care based on the priority of the problems made in the treatment plan. The method used in data collection is descriptive in the form of observation, interview, documentation, literature study, as well as theoretical goals in cases of gastritis. Gastritis is an inflammation (inflammation) of the gastric mucosa characterized by discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite or headache. Common causes of this disease is age, diet and stress. Although gastritis is a disease that is often underestimated by others, but the impact is very disruptive to the daily activities. Many factors affect the occurrence of gastritis such as drugs, alcohol and lifestyle In the client Nn.Y found the main complaints are pain disorders, elimination disorders and activity intolerance.Hal that supports the existence of good cooperation between nurses, patients, and family Patients in doing nursing care and thingsthat hamper the patient is difficult to communicate well and clearly. After the authors do nursing care on Nn.Y then the authors can conclude that gastritis disease can not occur in a short time. Unhealthy lifestyle and too much medicine is one of the trigger factors that can cause the occurrence of gastritis disease. Keywords:Nursing care, acute gastritis
