ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN Mr. A WITH IMMUNE SYSTEM DISORDERS: HIV / AIDS IN ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG Written by: EBENEZER NIM: 1452003 This paper is based on the predicate of Indonesia as one of the countries in Asia with the epidemic of the rapid spread of HIV / AIDS every year. AIDS is a collection of symptoms of the disease due to decreased function of the immune system. While HIV is a virus that attacks the immune system that over time will lead to AIDS. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the implementation of nursing care in patients with HIV / AIDS cases using descriptive methods and data collection techniques, interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. After reviewing the problems found by the authors are the ineffectiveness of airway clearance related to decreased coughing ability, nutritional imbalance is less than body needs associated with decreased oral intake, activity intolerance associated with tiredness, and ineffectiveness of thermoregulation associated with decreased immunity. The conclusions found in the assessment stage are canker sores, lesions on the lips side, vomiting, nausea, and productive cough which is not effective in secreting secretions; In the planning stage, good cooperation between nurses, patients, families, and health workers is found in the implementation of the authors found no obstacles and at the evaluation stage with nursing diagnoses that arise there are problems that can be overcome and partially resolved, so that the intervention needs to be resumed.
