ABSTRACT NURSING ASSURANCE IN NY. D WITH SLEEP DISORDER ON TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY IN PANTI SOSIAL TRESNA WREDHA BUDI PERTIWI Madeline Jessica 1 , Idauli Simbolon 2 Faculty of Nursing Universitas Advent Indonesia Email: madelinjessicaa@yahoo.com NIM: 1653065 Results of nursing practice Profession Ners Section E in 2016 Advenist University of Indonesia (UNAI) in Panti Sosial Tresna Wredha Budi Pertiwi for 3 weeks starting on 07-25 November 2016, get 8% elderly have sleep disorder. When conducting an assessment on the elderly in Panti Sosial Tresna Wredha Budi Pertiwi the authors get clients who have experienced sleep disorder problems for ± 3 years at the current age of 74 years. The goal is to do nursing care and be able to do the assessment, develop an emerging diagnosis, nursing care plan, implementation, health education, and write a progress note on Ny. D. The method of writing on scientific writing is a descriptive method with observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and bibliography in data collection. Results from nursing care to Ny. D with sleep disorder is insomnia and after the implementation of nursing care and was administered by a sleep disorder using a leaflet. The conclusion of this nursing care shows that there is a decrease in sleep disorder after being given the implementation and administration. Keywords: Sleep Disorder, Health Teaching, Elderly
