TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN PENGGUNA BADAN PEYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KESEHATAN TERHADAP PELAYANAN PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG
XMLABSTRACT THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF PATIENT WITH BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) HEALTH SYSTEM TOWARD NURSES CARE IN BANDUNG'ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Name : Grace Ludji Leo NIM : 1151066 This research was motivated by the appearace of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) health service in patient. BPJS health is a public legal entity set up by the government to help the people of Indonesia. Previous research conducted by Ulinuha (2014) still found deficiencies in giving care toward patient with BPJS health service that can affect the quality of services at the hospital. Bandung Adventist Hospital is one of the health care system that works with BPJS health service. The general objective of this research is to get an idea of the level of patient satisfaction with the service of nurses in BPJS health system in Bandung Adventist University. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study are patients who are in undergoing treatment over 2 days and use BPJS health service in Bandung Adventist Hospital. Samples used in this study are 32 inpatient who used BPJS health system selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used are the patient satisfaction questionnaire based on five characteristics according to Nursalam (2012: 330). The materials used in this study are the questionnaire’s sheet given to the patient. The results showed that the patients who used BPJS health system had high satisfaction rates with nursing services at Adventist Hospital Bandung with an average value of 3.2 on a scale (1-4), the most satisfying rank item are tangibles item with the average value of 3.234375, and the most unsatisfactory rank item are reliability item with an average value of 3.140625. Conclusions of this study shows that the level of inpatient satisfaction with the services of nurses in BPJS health system at Bandung Adventist Hospital are classified in satisfied category with the interpretation of the high level of satisfaction.
