KEPATUHAN PERAWAT DAN BIDAN DALAM MELAKSANAKAN 10 LANGKAH MENUJU KEBERHASILAN MENYUSUI DI RUMAH SAKIT ADVENT BANDUNG

ABSTRACT Process writing of this minithesis basis on researcher’s observation where the nurse and midwife said that there was undisciplinable on doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success. The purpose of this minithesis is to know obedience of the nurse and midwife on doing step of aim breastfeed success. The methode was survey technique in qualitative and quantitative. Population was 31 sample obgyne nurse, NICU-PICU nurse and midwife. Instrument was 10 step of aim breastfeed success adopted from Surat Penguatan Menteri Kesehatan No BM/E/Menkes/1407/IX/2010 and had been use by Bandung Adventist Hospital. The result of this minithesis show that nurse’s obedience on doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success was menial, and midwife’s obedience on doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success was very conceited. Midwife the most obedience rather than the nurse on doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success. Prospect of this minithesis become an input for Bandung Adventist Hospital dapat menjadi masukan bagi Rumah Sakit Advent Bandung, Nursing Management to push the nurse on doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success, and give sanction for whom do not doing 10 step of aim breastfeed success. For research area, hope this minithesis’ method useable as a basic data to develop next research. Key : Obedience, nurse, midwife, 10 step aim breastfeed success
