ABSTRACT STUDENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BEHAVIOR AND CLEAN HEALTH BEHAVIOR BEFORE AND AFTER HEALTH CERTIFICATE IN ADVENT BASIC SCHOOL PARONGPONG WEST BANDUNG Epri Wanto Siburian NIM : 1051028 The elementary school period is the golden age to instill the value of PHBS and potentially as an agent of change to promote PHBS both in school environment, family and society so as to create qualified human resources later. PHBS in Schools is a set of behaviors practiced by learners, teachers and the public of the school environment on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, so that it can independently prevent disease, improve its health. The method used is descriptive method with 5th grade students of Advent Parongpong elementary school. Measured level of knowledge before and after being given a health talk. Then calculate the presentation then calculate the average, after that to find the difference before after given the lecture by using the paired T-test formula. The results showed the average before the lecture was 79.84 entered in the level of good knowledge and after the lecture was 85.321 entered in the level of good ignorance.
