ABSTRACT By : Hertayani Sihombing The Information System of PHP-based student assessment at this age is growing. The advantage of information system assessment is easier to get information value. The author utilizes the information system at Adventist College if Parongpong in data management and recording of student grades, because Advent College if Parongpong still using paper and calculate the value manually. This research was conducted with identification needs through review of information systems in the field that are designed according to the needs. This information system using PHP language and MySQL as database. The result is the application makes the Adventist College if Parongpong easier and faster to manage value data and student information. Key words: Information System, Value, PHP, MySQL.
