ABSTRACT KEGEL EXERCISES AGAINST THE IMPACT OF THE QUALITYOF LIFE OF ELDERLY WOMEN EXPERIENCING URINARY INCONTINENCE AT WORK-AREA CLINICS PARONGPONG WEST BANDUNG REGENCY Name : Viviani Christiani Nim : 1451071 This research discusses the impact of Kegel exercises against the quality of life of elderly women who experienced urinary incontinence at work-area Clinics Parongpong West Bandung Regency. The purpose of this research is to identify the frequency of the UI on the elderly women before and after the Kegel exercises, identify the quality of life of elderly women who experience the UI before and after Kegel exercises, Kegel exercises and identify the relationship towards the quality of life of elderly women in the region of clinics Parongpong West Bandung Regency. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods, The population was elderly women aged 45 years and over who experience the UI. The results obtained from this research it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average value of the quality of life before and after kegel exercises. The results of this research are expected to be beneficial to For the respondent it is expected more active respondents in search of information on the part of both Incontinance Urinay clinics, village cadres or print media. Kegel exercises started as exemplified the writer, in order to improve health. Health village cadres are expected more active in providing information to the elderly about Urinay Incontinance and how do I countermeasures. For Further Research expected an increase in research for the next researcher so Urinay Incontinance in the elderly can be tackled so as to improve the quality of life.
