ABSTRACT Technological development in World and Indonesia is growing rapidly. Process of recording and reporting tasks that used to be stored in paper, now we save it at database. We call the advance recording and reporting technology is Issue Tracking or Task Management. A technology that enables the workers to record about their jobs, and get a report on what are they doing. We need application like this Adventist University of Indonesia. Especially in UPT Computer Department. That’s why Task Management applications was built with one of the best PHP framework. Its CodelIgniter. This framework used MVC (Model, View, Controller) model and this application has a good library and helper for user efficiency. Task Management works by record Issue and Task created by the user, when the task is created, that’s when it started to record the time of application of workers. These application provide a report of total working hours of the workers, and their work has been completed. This application has been running pretty well, but needs to be developed first in the report, which can be given a more detailed and certainly more to help the users of this application.
