ABSTRACT By: Juda Alngit Putra Simarmata The writer would like to make an application to operate in Maintenance Department of University of Adventist Indonesia with purpose to make the process of work become easier or the process of the transaction which is in these Maintenance Department. Thats why the writer would like to make an application of item out, input item and stock analyze system of commodity by using Association Rules. By using this application will be more helping all party who works in these department. Especially to helps the heads of the leader to determine supplying the commodities. The writer use the programming language of Microsoft Visual Basic 2010. The methode which writer has used namely Study Literature to get the hooked material and survey to location as the system planning. The result of that planning is application that will be apply in the maintenance department of University of Adventist Indonesia, and still have many demerit, like there is no Log in and Log out, and others that need to be improve which expect that will be able to use by the next researcher and could be rewarding to all of the users.
