ABSTRACT Course scheduling process is one of routine activities in Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI). Problems in scheduling is make a good combination of complicated issue between faculty, students, study rooms and time. Sometimes lectures also have limited time to teach. And also, the limited availability of lecturers and study rooms. Lecturers, study rooms and students should not have clashing schedules. Course scheduling process takes a relatively long time because it required precision in order to get maximum results.After that, the schedule must input into the UNAI online system. It also requires a relatively long time and must be done carefully and thoroughly so as not to cause problems. To minimize the problems in the preparation of schedules manually, so it needs a support system that makes course is scheduled automatically and the system can be directly integrated with the UNAI online system. So the system can improve the work efficiency of the various parties. After doing research, the system can formulate courses scheduling quickly, accurately and systematically. And also the schedule generated by the system can be integrated with the UNAI online system. Keywords : scheduling, course, automatic
