ABSTRACT ONLINE TUTORING SYSTEM DESIGN AS A LERNING MEDIA Arranged by: RICHARDT APRIANDO NAINGGOLAN NIM : 1381034 Technological developments are increasingly rapid, especially in the development of smartphones and also learning media. With this technology, all work can be done quickly and easily. The development of E-Learning currently still uses manual leaning which requires students to get material, quiz, and grades manually. The solution offered is by designing a system that can be used in the learning media. The purpose if designing this system is to provide a system that can be used as a medium of online learning and make using E-Learning more effective. The system used by the author uses the waterfall method. From the above activities, the writer ca draw conclusions, name: Design carried out for learning media both formally and nonformally, the implementation of research is only limited to the design of website-based E-Learning and integrated with Android-based Mobile Learning. The application does not discuss the network security system, this application is only connected with Mysql, the application is not connected to the actual database. In the future, is it expected that this application can be used for learning purposes both formal and informal, so that the use of E-Learning is more effective and enhancing the user interface so that the display can be more attractive and userfriendly.
