ABSTRACT On this website era, that has raised orientation, make all institution and every manifestation form of establishment should have online-programmed system to make ease access in exploring all information and data. Website is the right form for the implementations because it makes users easier to gain any information and data, anytime and anywhere. As well as the management is based by real-time operation. Bandung Adventist Hospital is on of health institution that owned and managed by Sevent-day Adventist Southeast Asia Division. This thesis is a concept from the main project that developed and proposed by its IT Department, itself a research report about the account details of hospitalization information system based by web and supported with PHP framework, Codelgniter. This system is useful as a report for hospitalization details and its total cost, but only the authenticated user can access his or her information through the username and password given by the hospital. The emergence if this idea which leads the development, is because this hospital wants to make the entire system online integrated. He right tool for this development is Codelgniter, because it is have completed documentation more that the other PHP framework and contains MVC (Model-View-Controller) structure. Bandung Adventist Hospital hospitalization information system was develop to help count the total cost and endorse, edit, delete, report total cost of its inpatient care and everything that related to inpatient care, with an emphasis on its patient cost.
