PENGGUNAAN PROMOSI KESEHATAN MEDIA BROSUR TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN SISWA TENTANG HEPATITIS A DI SMA NEGERI 1 KECAMATAN PARONGPONG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

ABSTRACT USE OF HEALTH PROMOTION MEDIA BROCHURE ON OF KNOWLEDGE OF STUDENTS OF HEPATITIS A DISEASE IN SMA NEGERI 1 PARONGPONG DISTRICT OF WEST BANDUNG REGENCY SEMARTO MONANG SOALOON NABABAN NIM: 1151056 This research is background interviews conducted by the author with 11 students at SMA Negeri 1 Parongpong about hepatitis A. It found that 8 out of 11 students interviewed have a clear idea about the disease Hepatitis A. The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the student's knowledge level SMA Negeri 1 Parongpong District of West Bandung regency regarding Hepatitis A before and after health promotion brochures. The method used in this research is the preexperimental method with a pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPA. The sample in this study is 43 students. Selection of the sample using a sampling saturated. The research instrument in the form of sheets of single-choice test consisting of 14 questions that have been tested with a pilot study to test the validity. The results showed that the level of knowledge of the subject of research before health promotion was included in the very low category with a value of 49.5%, after the level of knowledge of health promotion research subjects included in the high category with a value of 86.9%. The conclusion in this study is a significant difference grade XI students' knowledge about hepatitis A before and after health promotion brochures in SMA Negeri 1 Parongpong District of West Bandung regency. Advice to the field of school health units, the results of this research can be used as an input to broaden the knowledge and attitudes about prevention behaviors Hepatitis A.
