ABSTRACT THEEFFECTOFRESTAURANTTAXESONLOCALNATIVE INCOMEDKIJAKARTA Written by: Willman NIM: 1632133 This study aims to determine (1) How is the Return Tax in DKI Jakarta Province, (2) How is the Regional Original Income (PAD) in DKI Jakarta Province and (3) How is the Effect of Restaurant Tax on the Original Income of DKI Jakarta Province. The research was conducted using Descriptive Quantitative method with research samples taken as many as 36 sample. The population in this study is the entire monthly report of Derah's Original Income and restaurant tax at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tax and Retribution Agency. The results showed that the restaurant tax and local revenue of DKI Jakarta Province continued to fluctuate and there was no significant positive influence between variable X (Restaurant Tax) on Y (Local Native Income), due to the value of t-count < t-table (0.564 < 1.688), so there is no influence between variable X to Y.
