ABSTRACT ROTATION OF NURSES WORK ON THE IMPLEMENTATION STRESS OF WORKING ROLE AT BANDUNG ADVENT HOSPITAL 2018 YantiSagala Nursing Faculty, Universitas Advent Indonesia ABSTRACT Introduction: Work rotation is one of the staff development programs where nurses have the opportunity to develop their skills so as to enhance their competence and professional knowledge. Negative response to the implementation of work rotation, decreased performance and overwhelmed feelings of anxiety, stress, confusion, sadness and discomfort in working. Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the effect of work rotation with the level of stress on the role of nurses in Bandung Advent Bandung Hospital 2018. Method: The research design was quantitative descriptive method using correlation study and Cross Sectional approach. Research respondents were 39 people with total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.Result: The data analyzed by Pearson test was resulted in p value> 0,05 then hypothesis 0 was accepted, it was not enough evidence to reject the Null hypothesis stating that there is no significant relationship between the rotation of work with the stress of role implementation. Discussion: Other researchers need to conduct in-depth interviews, to explore more deeply about the three role stresses using qualitatively. Keywords: Work Rotation, Stress role
