ABSTRACT THE NURSING ROLEE OF CLIENT CLIENTS IN LIMITATION OF INTERHEMODIALISA LIQUID IN BANDAR LAMPUNG ADVENTIST HOSPITAL Rita Marlina Situmorang NIM : 1651101 The font this study is based on chronic kidney failure over the past ten years is increasing and hundred of thousands of people undergo hemodialysis. Noncompliance has a profound effect on the impact of acute and chronic complication, length of care and impact on productivity and lower human resources. Research objectives what is the role of nurse, client compliance and nurse role relationships with compliance. Problem identification is how thee distribution of nurses role, how the client compliance in the fluid intake restriction based on changes in body weight interhemodialisa and how the relationship nurse role distribution with client compliance in fluid intake restriction. Based on the client’s weight changes. The population used is clients who undergo hemodialysis more than one year as many as 90 people. The method used is descriptive correlation instrument used is a questionnaire consisting of 22 questions and weight observation after hemodialysis and before. The data analysis used univariate analysis for nurse’s role and client’s compliance in limiting fluid intake and bivariate analysis to know pearson product moment correlation between nurse role and client compliance. The result of the study indicate that the overall distribution of the nurse’s role always performs it’s role as nursing caregiven, educator, consultant and collaboration with percentage 56.3 whereas the compliance variable indicates that the client is obedient in limiting the liquid intake with the percentage of 58.9 with the category of mild weight gain. Pearson r correlation test result obtained p value is 0.000 which 0.05 means there is a significant relationship between the role of nurse with compliance limitation of fluid intake. Which means Ha accepted and rejected H0 with r Value of 0.773 and r table 0.210 with strong correlation category. Keywords : Nurse Role, Fluid Limit Substance Adherence
