ABSTRACT Factors that INFLUENCE the INCIDENCE of PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS SUFFERERS in the REGION of CLINICS PARONGPONG MARSON RINALDO NIM : 1551076 Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can invade various organs, especially the lungs and is transmitted through the air. Cases of tuberculosis sufferers is estimated to be on the rise when prevention is not done early on, when left untreated or treatment is not complete, it can cause dangerous complications to death. The number of cases of tuberculosis sufferers discovery in Indonesia in the year 2016 amount to 298,128 with the number of cases percentage of Case Detection Rate is 60.59%, and the percentage figure 75.4% treatment success. To do an effective tuberculosis prevention by reducing the factors that influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that influence the incidence of pulmonary tuberkulososi in the region of clinics Parongpong. Research methods used in this penelitiaan is a descriptive method. The subject in this study as much as pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers 22 people based on data from Clinics Parongpong. The results showed that the respondents included in the productive as many as 22 people (100%), the male gender as much as 16 people (72.73%), as many as 14 (63.64%) included in the Education category. Respondents with low revenue as much as 17 people (77.27%), 16 people (72.73%) included in the nutritional status of the thin, as many as 14 (63.64%) have the habit of smoking. While there is no ventilation circumstances 15 people (68.18%) categories, there is no source penular as many as 20 people (90.91%), and 12 people (54.55%) of respondents included in the category of higher knowledge. Suggestions that researchers expect to field research is developing a research about the involvement of health workers in providing an explanation of the pulmonary tuberculosis disease.
