ABSTRACT NURSING CARE TO MR.H WITH NEUROVASCULAR SYSTEM DISORDERS: NON-HEMORRHAGIC STROKE IN TREATMENT ROOM FLOOR 6 ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG Arranged by: RHAMSES ARTHUR CHURCHILL NIM: 1552018 Scientific writing is backed by the data obtained Stroke the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability. Stroke, the sudden death of some brain cells due to lack of oxygen when the blood flow to the brain is lost by blockage or rupture of an artery to the brain, WHO 2012, stroke deaths of 51% worldwide are caused by high blood pressure. According to Riskesdas 2013, an estimated 16% of deaths in stroke are caused by high blood sugar levels in the body. The prevalence of stroke in Indonesia based on the diagnosis of health workers diagnosed by health personnel or symptoms of 12.1 per mile. The prevalence of stroke is based on the diagnosis of DKI Jakarta each 9.7 per mile. The prevalence of stroke is based on 92 diagnosed and highest symptoms, 17.9% in South Sulawesi and 16.9% in DI Yogyakarta. The purpose of this Scientific writing is to apply nursing care to Mr. H with Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, using descriptive method and interview technique, data collection, observation, documentation and study of electronic media. After performing Nursing Care at Mr. H with Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, four Nursing Diagnoses are prepared: Disorder of Perfusion of the Tissue, Physical Mobility Impairments, Disturbance of Perception, Self-care Disorders: ADL. The authors hope this scientific writing can be input in providing nursing care to patients with Neurovascular disorders: Non-hemorrhagic stroke so as to increase knowledge in order to prevent undesirable and the risk of death.
