ABSTRACT NURSING CARE ON Mr. U WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA: HALUSINATION OF SIGHTING IN THE ROOM OF HOSPITAL TREATMENT HOSPITAL PROFINION OF WEST JAVA WILYAM SAUT PARAPAT NIM: 1552002 This scientific writing is motivated by the number of mental disorders in Indonesia which is increasing significantly from 0.5 per mile and estimated in 2017 to 1.7 per mile in 2013 from the total population increased by 251 inhabitants. Severe mental disorder known as psychosis and one example of psychosis is schizophrenia. The purpose of this scientific paper is to describe the implementation of nursing care on Mr. U with schizophrenia: hallucinatory vision with Social and Spiritual Psycho Bio approach. The method used in the preparation of scientific papers is a descriptive method with data collection using interview techniques, observation, literature, literature review. After doing treatment on Mr. U was found to be a visual hallucinatory health problem, which occurs only on Monday. During the 4 days of maintenance, all the Implementation Strategies (SP) provided successfully. A good approach and a comprehensive way of assessment is helpful in maintaining client care with schizophrenia. The advice that can be given is the importance of family participation in the client recovery process, so there is no recurrence.
