ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN Tn. A WITH INTERRUPTION OF HEMATOLOGY SYSTEM: ANEMIA IN ROOM MAINTENANCE FLOOR 3 ADVENT HOSPITAL BANDUNG Arranged by: SRI NOPIKA SITOMPUL NIM: 1552016 This paper is based on an ever increasing prevalence of Anemia. In developed countries all the time. 1.62 billion people or 24.8% of the world's population. The purpose of this Scientific Writing is to experience by conducting a case study on Tn. A and apply nursing care of the hematology system: Anemia, use a holistic care approach. The method used is by library method and study of electronic media. After doing nursing care on Mr. A with Anemia, get five diagnoses nursing namely: disorders of nutritional needs is less than body needs, body disorders, reolitik ,. At the assessment stage obtained anemia patients and hematocrit examination. After the author performs maintenance for three days out of five diagnoses all can be resolved. Diagnosis resolved are: perfusion disorders of body tissues, activity intolerance, malnutrition less than body needs, infection risk and knowledge deficit. The author's suggestion is on the process of assessment and diagnosis that he wants to understand the metari, at the planning stage can be arranged in accordance with the diagnoses obtained, in the implementation is expected that nursing care can be done according to operational standards and use theoretical basis as a reference intervention to avoid errors in the implementation of the evaluation phase.
