ABSRACK NURSING CARE FOR Mr. S WITH GENITO URINARY SISTEM DESORDER: CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE ON HEMODIALYSES IN WARD 4TH FLOOR ADVENTIST HOSPITAL BANDUNG Arranged By : Erikson Samosir Nim : 1552013 This Scientific Writing in the background by prevelensi Cronic Kidney Disease On Hemodyalises (CKD On HD) based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2013 has increased 50% from the previous year. In the United States in 2014 the incidence of kidney failure also rose 50% from a year earlier. The data show that 200,000 people annually will undergo hemodilysis due to chronic renal failure. The purpose of this scientific paper can apply nursing care to Mr. S with the diagnosis of CKD on HD by using holistic care approach, the method used is descriptive method by collecting data through obsevation, interview, documentation, and study of electronic media. After reviewing on Mr. S there are 4 nursing diagnoses that appear are: gas exchange disorder, fluid balance disorder, damage to skin integrity, and nutrient imbalance less than body needs. After the authors did the treatment on Mr. S of the 4 diagnoses that appear there are 2 diagnoses can be done. At the time of nursing care can run well due to the cooperation between patients, family and other medical personnel, comprehensive assessment can support the achievement of nursing care.
